NEWSLETTER - AMENDMENTS TO THE LISBON MUNICIPAL REGULATION OF ALOJAMENTO LOCAL
The Lisbon City Council approved, in the Municipal Assembly of December 2, 2025, amendments to the Municipal Regulation of Alojamento Local (RMAL), according to Notice No. 29926-A/2025/2.
This revision comes after a period of suspension of new Local Accommodation (AL) registrations in the city and has as its main objective to ensure a more effective balance between tourist supply and the housing rights of Lisbon residents.
