João’s professional experience spans from the assistance and structuring of numerous acquisition and restructuring operations of companies and groups of companies to processes for establishing and following-up the activities of real-estate investment funds and its management companies and establishing and following-up the activities of venture capital companies. João also has experience in the follow-up of financial operations and setting up national and international banking syndicates. His professional experience includes the Angola and Cape Verde markets.
