Cristina Lopes Curto

Cristina joined PARES in March 2020.

She has extensive experience in the area of dispute resolution and monitoring of legal proceedings, within the scope of general administrative litigation and public procurement litigation, representing both public and private entities.

We highlight the advice provided to various public entities, e.g. in the preparation of pre-contractual procedures, in the analysis of the legality of all stages of these procedures in relation to the national and Community regulatory framework, in the analysis of irregularities detected and the grounds for the application of possible financial corrections within the scope of European Funds Operational Programs, and also in the preparation of legal opinions in the areas of public and municipal law.

She also has experience in prior urban control procedures (environmental law,), environmental licensing and administrative offenses.
