Rita has extensive experience in corporate restructuring operations for national and international clients, taking on the coordination of these projects, as well as coordinating teams in the areas of commercial and corporate law and in merger, acquisition and disposal operations of companies, namely, within the scope of legal audits, drafting and negotiation of contracts and shareholder agreements.
She has also been providing advice to national and international clients in strategic areas of business, namely in the area of corporate governance and corporate law in general.
